In a viral photo on social media, hints for 'Dhurandhar 3' at the end of part 2. In the end credit slate, the film claims the third part of the franchise, 'Dhurandhar: The Final Chapter'. The post-credit scene claims a June release. 

The video, which is widely circulating on social media, allegedly from Dhurandhar 2’s post-credit scene, claims that the film’s final chapter will release in theatres on June 14.

Is the news about 'Dhurandhar Part 3' fake or real?

The announcement about the so-called ‘Dhurandhar: The Final Chapter’ is fake. Till now, there has been no official confirmation from director Aditya Dhar or the makers of the film. 

According to reports, the viral video or photo is AI-generated. 

The 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' is serving as the second and final instalment of the story.

Where did the confusion start?

Ahead of the release of 'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge', Aditya Dhar had asked people to stay back till the end credits.

"Don’t leave your seats until the credits have stopped rolling," he said. 

Due to this statement, speculation regarding Part 3 announcement are hidden in the end credits started.

What is the film about?

The spy-action thriller, led by Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi, Sara Arjun, drew large crowds in the theatres.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the franchise reveals the origin of Hamza Ali Mazari, aka Jaskirat Singh Rangi, which is played by Ranveer Singh, and also shows the backstory, while explaining the motivation. The film will explain the reason how Jaskirat turned into Hamza and will also reveal who is bade sahab.
